Non-delivery of the product: due to delays as a result of the supplier without proper communication from the supplier, In this case we recommend contacting us for if the delivery dates have been exceeded by 30 days, Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Finance department in writing within 7 working days after 30 days from the promised delivery date.

Major defects: although all the vehicles are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our Technical Support Team’s approval. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a Customer, the warranty team will be notified and any part(s) perceived to be defective will be fiited free of charge under terms and conditions of the warranty.

If the customer has canceled the order with CMSL MOTORS, he/she has to request for a refund in writing to the finance department. The finance department will then prepare the refund within 7 working days upon producing a receipt that was issued to him at a time of deposit and a penalty of 10% of the invoice value will be charged
